There were many amazing talks but the standout for me was Teresa Brazen&#8217;s Designing Culture workshop. Teresa works at Cooper and brought some great organizational design thinking into this workshop.<\/p>\n<p>She led us through a number of activities which helped us formulate a vision for our company (or department).
